I love that it's easy to use, there are no complicated steps required to get started with granular caching. It has made our development process faster and more efficient! We were able to start using in less than 24 hours without having to wait days or weeks for someone else to set up granular cache. There was some initial confusion around how to configure things but after spending about 30 minutes reading through their documentation we figured everything out quickly enough. The only thing I don't like so much is when you're trying to access something from your API server (a webhook) it doesn't always work immediately because of the way they have implemented their caching system. But once it does load then it works great! Before this solution my team used Redis as a key value store which added additional complexity into managing keys and values. This solved all those problems.
