These pants live up to their purpose. You instantly feel the heat once you put them on. I did size up 2 sizes (XL)based on previous reviews and sellers suggestions. My husband and I normally wear medium. He's 5'10" and is 180, I'm 5'4" and weigh 172. I dont have a big badonkadonk, although I wish I did. We still had some extra room and the pants were not snug. I could have sized down one if I wanted but would rather be comfy. I can wear some biker shorts underneath if I wanted. The pants have a very small stretch too them.
