Review on Custom Winsharp Horizontal Window Roller by Hunter Siemon

I personally have zebra shades all over my house so I know how it's going to work! I ordered from this seller for the first time and found that the quality is not very good. The first one I received is defective (didn't know until it was installed). The edges caught on the balance bar and the entire string caught. Emailed for a replacement as I thought only one was defective. They have responded and sent a replacement. But the replacement is what others have returned (I think) because there are scratches here and there, but I'm fine as long as the curtain is ok. As in the photo, all edges are not flat, so it gets caught when folded.
