I've been dealing with a serious health issue of not having insurance or access to medical aid and having constant heavy bleeding for, well, a very long time. Sorry for the graphic info but if you want reviews on this kind of product you probably want the real deets. So I have needed to burn through a lot of pads Every-Single-Day, and that is EXPENSIVE and very stressful when you are broke as it is. To that end, I have found that the Solimo products generally that I've tried are all better than the other cheap options such as the Walmart generics (which are okay but not quite as good as these). These stay in place, absorb well, are easy to remove without damaging panty fabric, don't smell, etc. In particular they work better than the others I've tried for "gushing" type problems with the bleeding that can sometimes just blow right over other pads.
