I've had several types of grinders in the past; Here's why this set is my favorite: the salt/pepper comes out at the top, not the bottom, so product granules don't spill all over the table and counter when you put them in. It feels good in the hand, is a good size but not too big and chunky like many others. It's adjustable via a dial on the top of the grinder, which I like and gives me more control over the grind size than others I've had. It's a classic style that I'll never outgrow. All in all a great product and I would buy it again at any time or give it as a gift.
