The ability to have an easy access to the data and the insights. It's very easy to understand what's going on and to get actionable insights. I wish there were more reports to customize and choose from, as it feels like the reports are all a bit similar. This is a great tool to quickly understand our customers' sentiment and to get insights on what's going on in the market. We are using Turbine Labs to monitor and react to our social media activity. We are monitoring our mentions and hashtags and we are able to react quickly to any issues that are going on. I like that we were able to see how our social media posts are performing in real time as well as at the end of every day. It was helpful for us to be able to compare performance from one day to another. We did not have any issues with Turbine Labs. They helped us improve our online presence by providing valuable insights into what people liked about our content and where there could be room for improvement.
