This cable works well. I personally used it to tether my Sony A7RIII to my laptop for taking pictures. Functions are normal, data with bandwidth is just normal, even the camera was charged on the go. I see no reason to overpay for a similar product. The only thing that could be improved is that the cable has a lot of memory (high tension) so it twists or binds instead of lying flat. It's just super picky. It's very rare to find cables that don't have a ton of storage. Otherwise it's a solid purchase and I wouldn't buy it.
