Was close to buying this product based on mixed reviews but finally said why not come with an Amazon AZ guarantee if it wasn't me like it, send it back and I can't tell you how much this product cost. First of all I had no problem loosening the soft hex screws, maybe I just got lucky. a little patience is required, because every small movement causes the big screen to tremble. To be fair I gave a 5 star rating but the only downside to my product was that the 2 screw holes weren't drilled perfectly square which in my case threw my projector horizontally and I didn't want to align my headstone . not the biggest setback for me as I'm sure not all products will be like this. I simply aligned my projector with a spacer and then made a small adjustment with Keystone. All in all perfect for my needs, I would buy again. used on Epson 2045 projector.
