Perfect. I bought these for a Roaring 20s themed party with my flapper dress. I needed low heels that I could wear all night and that I felt comfortable in. These shoes are cute and comfy! I have pretty narrow feet so I had to cut a new hole in the straps which was pretty easy. Then it turned out that the end of the strap was too long, so I cut it a little shorter - it's all glued, so no need for sewing. (I'm very lazy, so don't let this "work" intimidate you.) I really like the clip - you don't have to constantly put the strap through the hole. Just read it and it's easy to understand. Yes, the boots don't have normal boots because they are officially dance shoes. I wore it once and photographed the underside. No big deal, they're dirty, who cares? It was even raining and I went outside and everything was fine. I have a solid 8.5 and I ordered 9 and it was perfect.
