It is HD as announced.

I bought it because I wanted to try to switch to silicone because I thought it was more hygienic. These sponges are good and I hoped they would be when I tried them. I have a comment to help people like me to move away from traditional sponges. As already mentioned, they are difficult. I think that gives you an incredible cleaner. In my opinion, they are too strong for the daily rinsing of dishes and cutlery. Ideally, they would be a little thinner and more flexible for daily laundry. Overall a great product.
