These screw valves allow you to remove them when you need to add tubeless sealant and they can be replaced with Presta cores in seconds. By far the best solution against annoying prestas! Most mountain bikers and cyclists have been somehow brainwashed into thinking and defending inferior, unreliable, weak Prestas. These valves prove how wrong they are.
