Fun colors, perfect for a workout on the go

I had never tried this type of resistance band before (I've used the longer, jump-rope style bands with handles) but these seemed like they might be great to take on work trips, short vacations, etc so I thought I'd give them a try. When they arrived I thought they seemed way too small, but the stretch is incredible, they really do go around your body with room to spare! So far I've mostly stuck with squats, but the box included a helpful exercise guide for resistance band newbies, which was great. The quality seems good, though I haven't had them for long so we'll see how they hold up over time. The storage bag makes it easy to throw them in a suitcase, I think these are perfect for a quick home or vacation workout.
