I normally wear a medium @ 5'7" & 150#. That's what I ordered and it fits perfect! I am not busty by any means (B cup), but I can fill out the top nicely. It can easily accomodate someone a bit bustier as it has a bit of stretch to the fabric. The neckline is absolutely beautiful on the dark blue polka dot! I did purchase an underskirt for the flair affect. Very happy with this purchase to attend a wedding and liked it so much I also purchased the dress with the cherry pattern. Although it has a different neckline, it is equally gorgeous!
