Doesn't slide well on the clamping edge
This will not work with the smaller Porter Cable circular saw that I use most. Only one of the three clamps supplied is attached to the saw base plate. I attached the plate to a larger Skil saw, but the plastic saw plate fits snugly against the aluminum rail, making it difficult to move the saw along the rail. When using an extension bar for longer cuts, the plate often binds at the junction of the two bars. It will be much easier for me to just use the splint without the plate. I am returning this item.
