At first I didn't feel anything so my husband tried. He got it working on his neck straight away and he really likes it. I was hoping it would help my migraines but I left it to my husband because he likes TENS, like a warm feeling. It has everything you need to get rid of cervical spine pain or neck pain. You get the device, gel, pads, remote control, charging cable and very clear instructions for use. Whether you or someone you care about suffers from neck or cervical spine pain, this smart device provides targeted relief. It is very accessible to those who may have tried everything else. I love that my husband doesn't use a regular TENS block because when using a regular TENS block on his neck, the pads would always come off and not stay on his neck. However, this is NOT a neck massager as stated in the description. So consult. If you're worried about TENS machines or just need a massager, look elsewhere.
