Strap Disturbs Neck - Cases

I like the concept but the neckband is very uncomfortable. I have a Samsung Galasy S21, is it heavier than other phones? It's uncomfortable, like a rope or something around your neck. There had to be a soft area so the weight of the phone wouldn't pull as hard. Also a way to shorten the tape.
