The bag is true to size. Other reviews noted tiny pockets; it sounded right to me too. The bag does not reflect light when viewed from a VERY specific angle. It did not reflect when hit by car headlights, a cell phone flashlight or a photo flash. A bit disappointing as it's one of the few perks that sets this bag apart from any old drawstring bag. The crossbody feature is great if you are super skinny or have no breasts, but the backpack feature is perfect for all sizes.
