Inaccurate or consistent

I may have gotten a bad reading, but based on my experience I don't think this is a reliable reading. My teenage daughter almost always sees 101.x. Scared me the first time but 3 oral thermometers confirmed 98.x. My youngest son, wife and I sometimes see accurate readings but in a minute he reads 100+ wrong. No rhyme or reason for contradiction.
