my husband has used this kind of pants for more than 10 years, they are excellent and we have send them to the cleaners besides they are able to be machine washed. The elastic bamd has an excellent quality and some of his old pants still has it in excellent condition. They have deep pockets and the keys and coins have not damage the material like other pants. The price is excellent for the upmost quality and the only suggestion my husband has would be to add some kind of inner cloth in the tight area like elegant or designers pants come. He will happy paid the extracost. I do not know if they already exist and if someone knows it I would truly appreciate the answer. The most difficult to get are the black ones and I realize the company call them "caviar" color. Besides that they are microfiber they are really fresh and let the air to circulate. My,nhusband uses them with pants suspenders and they looks great. I will keep buying them, so far I read about some changes that another fellow reviewer mention but so far my husband has not noted or complain about. They are easier to get trough revain because I tried to buy them on the local stores and they seems carry them no more, thats very dissapointing.
