The new atomizer broke in the same place as my old one. Poor design

I bought this product to replace the same factory installed faucet because I couldn't just buy the pop up sprayer that broke when I bought the trailer. I unscrewed the new atomizer and put it on top of the old sink (just like the factory atomizer) and it didn't work! Not sure if anyone got this back after replacing the atomizer, but the new one broke in the same place. It's inexpensive and you get what you pay for, but at least it should work? I think it's just bad vaporizer design, but I definitely don't recommend this product!
