The magnetic organization plate organizes the screws perfectly and prevents them from rolling around everywhere. My only complaint is that I wish the pry tools were made of a more durable material. The prying tools won't hold up when you pry open the MacBook's aluminum surface, which is to be expected since MacBook's aluminum is stronger than plastic.
