Review on Sterilite 15 Qt./14 L Latching Box Clears - Quart & White, 12 Piece: Highly Efficient Storage Solution by Michele Rojas

I liked the unbroken containers. However, it was disappointing to see that one of them was broken as shown in the attached photos. I also found it suspicious that the damaged sterilite box was inside a large box that was not damaged. This made me wonder if a product that was known to be damaged was shipped on purpose by an indifferent worker. The return instructions said the entire package must be returned. The box was so big it didn't fit in my car. Therefore, the second problem had to be solved. Even if I were to send it back I would have to wait longer for the product and there would be no guarantee that the new batch would not be damaged. Given the options I had, I figured it was best not to waste any more time on this. I kept three containers that were undamaged, threw the broken one in the trash, and kept a loss of $19.25. I wrote this 3 star review as my "compensation" in the hope that others can avoid this problem. I recommend that you purchase this product from a local store where you can see the product in person.
