I have never written a review, good or bad. Koomus products are awesome! I had a Kenu Air Vent phone holder. It was fine at best, until one and then two of the rubber pieces on the prongs holding it out of the vent came loose, rendering the holder unusable. Then I tried the Koomus vent holder and it worked great. It's a different design to hold it securely in the vent and doesn't move until I decide to pull it out of the vent. The best damn vent mount I've ever used. Now I ride Lyft and constantly have to take my phone out of the holder and put it back in. So I looked at the Koomus Pro Dashboard-M universal magnetic mount. I wanted that all along. It is excellent. That's all Kumus says. If you read the instructions, the mount will mount to your dashboard or windshield as intended. A magnet (there are 2 in the box, although you really only need one) holds the phone in place and won't move until you're ready to remove it from the mount. Then it can be easily removed with one hand. It's much easier than using both hands to spread the spring-loaded cradle and remove the phone from the cradle. Here is the best part that really makes this product great. I moved to Las Vegas in the first week of July 2016. It really is hotter than hell here, with temperatures between 90 and 100 almost every day. I've had several dash mounts in the past and somehow they always manage to lose contact with the dash and fall off while my expensive phone is still attached to it. This Koomus mount hasn't shown any signs of losing its grip on the dash yet, even in the face of excessive heat. I drive safely knowing my phone will stay where I put it for the duration of the drive.
