📱 Koomus Pro Dashboard-M: Advanced Magnetic Car Mount for iPhone and Android Devices Review

The metal plate does not stick to the back of the iPhone. The magnet actually pulls the plate off before it has to make contact. Did everything he could. Will have to return. I'm not sure what the problem is as almost everyone has been successful. But my experience has shown this to be ridiculously inadequate.

I have an original design and it's great. This new design may have a slightly stronger magnet, but the lever that connects to the magnet does not 'lock'. Sags under the weight of the phone. The original design is fixed. If you can find an older version, you might be able to save some money and be happier with your purchase.

Easy to stick and it stays BUT the lever holding the magnetic piece won't stay where you put it. As I drive, even on flat roads, my phone begins to sag and ends up far from where I originally put it. I've used a CD holder for years and it stayed where you put it. Otherwise this mount would be awesome. Please give us a stronger hand!

If you would like this product to be a more permanent solution/location for your phone then this is fantastic. If you want the ability to turn off suction and make it more portable, look elsewhere. The suction works great and the gel lined base sticks well but it's awkward to let go and move around which is what I was looking for. This is a quality product, holds the phone well, strong magnet, rotates well at different angles.

I love this thing. Holds my iPhone like a rock. The magnet is super strong! Ideal for using the iPhone for videos while driving, as a backup in case of an accident. I bought a cheap 3m flush mount tape to attach to the dash as it is heavy textured and the feedback on this led me to that decision. I can't believe how amazing this thing is. Insert a metal plate into your phone case (or use an adhesive plate if you don't use a case, but you'll probably have trouble making it look like it). The phone won't fall down even on bumpy roads. Note that the metal plate may affect wireless charging if it interferes. Depending on the phone and where it is installed. I have never written a review, good or bad. Koomus products are awesome! I had a Kenu Air Vent phone holder. It was fine at best, until one and then two of the rubber pieces on the prongs holding it out of the vent came loose, rendering the holder unusable.
