Dead LEDs but fast customer service
DOA LEDs. I use two separate power supplies for the Raspberry Pi and one for the LED strip (5V10A). There is still no light even when the GPIO and ground pins are properly connected to the LED. I am currently awaiting the WS2812B controller from the manufacturer for testing. I will update this review once this issue is resolved. ------- I contacted the seller/manufacturer and finally got working LED strips!
