Measure my body 2. Follow manufacturers suggestions on size chart 3. Look at customer photos and find someone with my body type (I am short with large breast)4. Some items I know will be too long or need taking in here and there. I used to think alterations would be really expensive. Actually they are pretty cheap (like $10-$20). Check out your local drycleaner. The ebay clothes I bought have been good quality at an affordable price. So worth a few more bucks to alter. That being said, I did not have to alter this one at all, yeah!
