Review on 🌍 Travel Blokus by Mattel - The Perfect Portable Game for On-the-Go Fun by Andre Tenk

This game has literally taken over my life. We're one of those families who don't eat in front of the TV and don't play games while we eat. Rather, we enjoy the conversation during lunch. Now let's eat while playing "Travel" Blokus. (Plastic parts are easy to clean). My five-year-old son quickly mastered the game because there is only one rule - your tiles should only touch at the corners. While it may seem like an oversimplification, there is so much strategy behind every move. If you think you know where you're going to place your next piece, you'd better have a backup plan or seven, as your opponent could accidentally or strategically ruin your game plan. It's challenging for both adults and children and we highly recommend teaching your child spatial thinking (this will help them later in math) and is a bit like Tetris in that you have to look at a shape and figure out how it fits in the space by manipulating it the shape (upside down, backwards, sideways, etc.). Everyone I've played this game with (other adults) hasn't been able to play it at least once or even ten times. Now I have friends who just come to play. The reason I chose the Journey version that someone pointed out is actually not a Journey version but a 2 person version because the regular Blokus game is only for 2 OR 4 players and based on reviews that I have read. , the two player game in normal blokus game is not so fun and difficult. With a smaller board, this game is really meant for two players, and usually the number of people who want to play the game in our house. If we ever have four players in our house, the next player challenges the winner of the previous game. BTW, my 5 year old wins about 50% of the time. Higher education does not necessarily guarantee success.
