Review on 🔒 Bolt Hood Lock for 2018 & Newer Jeep Wrangler JL - 7032303 by Tim Clark

I installed this on a Jeep Gladiator. It's well-made gear, but there are a few features that aren't important to me. The manufacturer will not provide you with a replacement Gladiator grill insert that is different from the JL and looks silly if you use the same insert. So I took an alternative route and used the oscillator to cut the diamonds cleanly. Still not the best option, but it's ok. I also didn't like the color on the lock and there are 2 silver rivets that face forward and stick out like a sore thumb. So I painted the whole thing with the Truck Bed Lining before installing it and it looks fine. Finally, the key cover faces up and does not open easily. I like that it is locked with the key to the jeep. I had a Mopar hood latch on my JK and it was a great product. I would choose Mopar for JT but they only offer it with a separate key.
