PAIECO - a perfect tool for sales performance analysis
I really like that it's so easy to customize reports, graphs are very useful in making complex data more clear! The most annoying thing about this tool was its price tag - you can't afford even one mistake with such an expensive software product as PAIECO (which has some great features).
It should be cheaper compared other similar tools or maybe free trial version would help? At least give us at small business something which could improve our work process without spending tons of money.- Analyzing sales performance- Monitoring customers' satisfaction level over time-.

- Intuitive UI &/or web client interface makes analysis easier than using Excel spreadsheets alone., Easy customization , Cost effective way how we've worked around missing out any analytics before
