The first fan I received was so badly damaged by improper motor packaging that everything else in the box was bent. The replacement I received was in excellent condition and I was able to fit it in my garage with ease. It has been 6 weeks since I work in a garage and when I turn the fan off for the first time the pull cord in the motor housing snaps and now there is no way to turn the fan on or off. I'm going through another warranty process. and Great Neck is the seller of it. It's no longer available and they couldn't get it right even after several long waits. Don't waste your money on OEM related stuff, it's junk and "manf" has terrible customer service.
