The speakers stopped working within the first week. Hours spent updating drivers, firmware packages, IT support, factory reset (reinstalling Windows 10) and online help. The mouse freezes on the screen for a few seconds at random times. I'm out of the country so I can't return as I don't have the original packaging and even trying to ship it would cost a lot of money. Since I have to work remotely, returning the laptop without new is not even an option for me at the moment. A terrible situation considering it's a $2,800 Microsoft product. Money back ASAP within 60 days + pen + case
