The only thing I don't like about this product is the battery life. I love gaming on this laptop and it quickly drains the laptop in just 5-7 hours. If you get this laptop I suggest getting the MAX specs. I have a 15" 32GB 2TB model and it works great. There is a problem that troubles me every day. I've noticed that when I'm scrolling through webtoons or manga comics, the screen freezes for 1-4 seconds, but when I switch to tablet mode, this never happens. The speakers stopped working within the first week. Hours spent updating drivers, firmware packages, IT support, factory reset (reinstalling Windows 10) and online help. The mouse freezes on the screen for a few seconds at random times. I'm out of the country so I can't return as I don't have the original packaging and even trying to ship it would cost a lot of money. Since I have to work remotely, returning the laptop without new is not even an option for me at the moment. A terrible situation

Had to return this product after spending a whole day with Microsoft, only to find out it was the smart thing to buy direct from Microsoft. I will never make that mistake again. Very disappointed. The sound came and went no matter which side I used. Several emails disappeared immediately upon scrolling. I've never had so many problems with one device. Attention buyers!

A blue bar appeared on my screen after only 5 hours of use. Brand new, day 1 and had to call to return it for a new one. I will post a new review after spending some time with the replacement.

I read that the operating system was Windows Pro 10, not the Windows Home version. Windows Home was included in the scope of delivery. I had to buy the pro version separately. Please be prepared for additional expenses which have wiped out all of Revain's savings for me. Otherwise, this product is perfect for my workflow. Note that I also added the Surface Precision Mouse and Surface Pen, as well as the Pro OS mentioned above.

Works great. The hefty price tag isn't for everyone, but with 32GB of RAM, a GTX 1660 Ti, and WiFi 6 capability, you can get a lot out of it. CUDA on WSL2 has been tested and works for this device.
