So when I took it out of the box it looked small before measuring my handlebars I tried to just put it on it was difficult! There is no way this tiny case would fit on my 15 inch wheel. So after 5 minutes I gave up, put it back in the box and decided it was too small so I sent it back. Then I decided to read the reviews. and get some tips on how to make it fit. I found some videos that suggested using a hair dryer and yet these people took too long to put them on and struggled for quite a while. I sat there and thought what I can do. I pulled it back out of the box, threw it in the dryer for 60 seconds, stretched it as best I could and immediately ran to put it on, it seemed more pliable and I was able to stretch it pretty quickly by pulling down on it End. Towards the end it was a bit difficult to attach the last edge, but it worked! No rips or unbuttoned seams and the fit was pretty snug. So I suggest a dryer (not a hand dryer). Just be careful not to leave it in there for too long.
