4 piece 9" weight is 8/9 weight instead of 10 as advertised. The quality of the rod is good, the position of the eyes well chosen. Casts very well. The blank is more of a clay color than the usual black graphite which is off-putting and makes you wonder about the rod's durability. Feels like a rod for a scientific angler. All in all a great rod for €50. Update: Exclusively used in salt water. The rod charges very quickly for precise, quick casts for sea bass. I've got Orvis and Sage and I'm grabbing Teak. It's lighter, throws easier and doesn't wear out your wrists. That's a great rod
