Review on πŸ’₯ Renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Aura Black 256GB for GSM: An Unbeatable Deal! by Chasmod Ray ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product is definitely not worth the nerves spent, its better not to take it.

A Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 256 GB phone was bought on November 1st, 2022 for $90k from an Aliexpress shop in Hong Kong. Less than a year ago, the phone was happy. While within the Protective Standing Cover, the hands-free speaker started to audibly tremble in September 2022. The issue was somewhat resolved but not entirely resolved by switching to a silicone casing. At the same time, communication issues were apparent at the end of September: calls were being missed and occasionally couldn't be connected, and my calls weren't being answered straight away. I had to switch operators because I had sinned against the operator, but it turned out that this did not fix the issue, and my subsequent contacts with the Samsung service center (a call to the support service on 162022, and a call to the service center on Valovaya 11/19 on 182022) revealed a device malfunction. The phone only operates steadily in 4g mode utilizing Volte; calls to 3g and 2g do not connect. Because of the 4g network's coverage and the availability of wifi for calls when the issue initially surfaced at the end of September, I was in Hong Kong and was unable to definitively pinpoint the device's issue. During a business travel to a location with spotty 4g coverage, the issue was unmistakably discovered. I changed the SIM card once again after switching to a different operator because, according to Samsung support, if 4G works, then the operator is probably the problem. The board needed to be replaced, at a cost of roughly $30,000, on 11/18/2022, after the engineers reset the firmware after contacting the service center. On requesting that the support service explore possibilities for warranty repairs, they were refused and told that they could have met if the call was made before 12022, but at that point, I could not even imagine that a flagship smartphone that was not even a year old could act in this manner. Since two months of poor communication have hurt my reputation, I now had to use my iPhone as a second device.

Pros
  • I frequently use Samsung products, and practically all of their flagship devices, including the Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, S7, S7 Edge, Note 8, and Note 9, were in use when I wrote this (the last 4 still work with relatives without any problems ). The fantastic screen on the Note 10 Plus makes progress evident. Increased RAM enables you to reduce storage monitoring. The cameras are excellent, and the stabilization in particular functions well. With movements in the air as a great bonus, the ated stylus is noticeably faster.
Cons
  • I express my genuine disappointment that Samsung technology in the higher price range instantly becomes a "pumpkin" when the warranty period has ended. This is a horrible strategy for 90,000. It is really disappointing that the cost of a lottery ticket in the most recent modifications falls short of expectations in terms of both quality and service. I want Samsung to warn customers about the potential poor quality of its flagship models as soon as they buy them. In that case, it would almost certainly be worth returning the device for a refund rather than purchasing it in the first place.
