Review on 🍳 TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, with New Teflon Select/Non-Stick Coating, PFOA Free - Purple by Sima Jensen

This frying pan is of the highest quality, couldn't be better and well packaged in its own box in the Amazon box. It arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date so I was happy with it. It also has one of those little heat-resistant attachments to hold the stainless steel top semicircular handle, which can get hot if your burner is larger than a skillet. on my electric stove. The bottom half froze and cooked while the top half of the omelet was still soft, so I don't have to tell you what happened when I flipped it. 2nd attempt set to #2 worked great. Every stove is different, but I would start low, not too high. I've searched forever to find the right omelet pan, as my old one was teflon lined and badly scratched you can still buy it but it's nowhere near as good as this one. You get what you pay for. I have never made a frittata but plan to as this pan is bigger than my old one and would be the perfect size for me. As I read a lot of reviews when I search, I know reviews can be very helpful, so I've been honest and keep this in mind, I hope it helps. You can't go wrong with this little gem.
