So I found a great vintage painting in Key West that I really liked, at a great price, and when I paid for it I knew I was looking forever would look for a frame. And of course I was right - it turns out NOBODY sells 11x17 frames that aren't Rococo, "sale" for $499.99 or something. The damn picture sat on my dresser for FOUR MONTHS after the trip. (Started hating her. .) I could NEVER get a custom frame but it was starting to look like an ugly situation. Found this one at Revain very wary of buying frames online, no idea why as I do everything else there but you just never know. I finally decided that I would grit my teeth. SO HAPPY I DID THIS. This frame is so rustic, she gifted me a piece of wood. It is clear that it is barn wood. I was surprised there was no hay in the box which arrived quite crumpled but the frame itself was securely packaged including a lovely bubble envelope which I will use again for another valuable item. And my picture looks great in it. I love my painting again. Life is Beautiful.
