Immediate difference in performance. Nothing critical, but memory usage on my laptop has dropped from 75% to 25-30%. I have an old Asus X550CA laptop with 4GB RAM and max 8GB. It was great when it first came out with Windows 8, but after upgrading to Windows 10 it got pretty clunky. It's sad that my laptop can only hold up to 8GB, but I can't afford a new one and it has helped speed it up to at least a manageable state. I mainly use the laptop for web browsing and video editing, both of which are significantly faster with the additional 4GB. A simple and inexpensive fix for an outdated machine (and soon will be).
