To be honest the actual build quality is questionable, small things like the right armrest are not fixed, the bottom of the armrest itself does not have a good one finish where the rubber wraps around the underlying metal a couple of holes in the fabric bother because they don't quite line up with the screw, this happened twice and the second one would have to be re-punched. , about half an inch if the fabric wasn't that slack, but it's annoying when you twirl around for a good 2 minutes wondering why it's not catching, and here's why. All in all a beyond annoying setup with no real words in the instructions and you need a magnetic tipped screwdriver to really make it bearable as many of the screws are deep threaded. The chair is comfy and actually nice, better than the picture but just because of the issues I had with the assembly I feel like I'll have to swap the chair out for a better one in a year or two, although that may be is not the case. So a loose armrest which I couldn't tighten but it kind of pushes me down two stars to 3 stars instead of the 4 stars I would have given it, have used it all day now and it's very comfortable. one armrest and now the second one is detached. The seller texted me and said to tell me why I wasn't happy with it even though I listed everything in my review and then they just messed up my number one word "resend". " after the original text I replied that I would like a new armrest but after that I didn't receive anything except this "resend' which just pissed me off, I marked it as spam, would be a return rather tedious I wouldn't recommend holding it at all and besides I'm pretty sure it will just fall apart here in about 5 months there is no reason a well made chair needs constant maintenance if you do it is still cozy, just not worth the money or headache.
