The ability to view all of our transactions in one place was very helpful as it allowed us greater visibility into what we were spending money doing each month with regard to customer support calls etc..
Nothing really that I disliked but there are some features which seem like they could be more useful than others if you have your own unique business needs or processes - however this can often depend upon how much customization/extension work has been done by third party developers who may not always understand exactly why certain things need implemented differently from other companies! We had previous version accounting software installed prior so switching over wasn't too difficult once everything setup up properly though training took longer then expected due to lack of knowledge about system before hand!!
