I bought this (Quickie Union Mix Deck Scrub) and slightly more expensive Weiler 44026 10 inch brush to compare. The Quickie works better, mainly due to the short bristles. Longer hamlet bristles tend to flex more, making them less effective, and as they get older they flex more, so they wear out faster and are less effective. and synthetic fibers. More likely to scratch softer surfaces than hamlets. I use it on my wooden deck and it's perfect. It's a lot less harsh on deck than the pressure washer I used (but yeah, a lot more work too!). I'm tempted to get another one and turn it upside down to use as a boot scrubber.
