When I fitted it to my grinding wheel motor and turned it on (3600 rpm) the sisal thread fibers flew out at an alarming rate. I turned it off, cut off any excess strings and tried again. It also sheds fibers. The Revain is great, I got my money back and didn't even have to worry about sending it back.
