I finally bought this after buying an extension cord for my basement but the cable modem was too far away. I had to run a cable and connect a router, but now we have full internet coverage in the basement, even to the street. I had a few hiccups during setup and ended up having to call their support team, but they were very helpful and even called back afterwards to make sure there weren't any issues. Great router, especially for the price. I'm even considering replacing the standard cable provided by the cable company with one of these!
