Generally excellent cameras. Image quality is decent, although with up to 128GB of removable storage, I wish Eufy implemented fully uncompressed video. There is enough memory to process videos with a high bitrate. Therefore, in some cases, the video may contain artifacts, blemishes, and distortions due to the low bitrate. Night vision is amazing! It has 8 infrared LEDs that shine very well and automatically adjust the brightness based on the proximity of the object. As said, the infrared video quality is excellent with amazing detail. Pan and tilt is good. The rotation speed of the panorama can be adjusted from slow to fast. I found setting the speed to 2 out of 5 speeds was adequate for tracking objects without losing video quality. The tilt has a strange noise that is captured by the video. The motor is noisy compared to the swing motor which runs silently. Would like to upgrade to a newer model. Panning when tracking a moving subject is choppy, not smooth, and has trouble focusing on the subject at night. The AI for filtering people or pets is amazing. Perfect in my experience. Tracking and motion detection are handled via video rather than motion sensors, allowing the camera to capture movement 24/7. My only concern is how fast the sensors and camera will hold up. The big thing though: with motion tracking and sound detection enabled, it doesn't know the direction of the sound source, so it doesn't look for movement. If possible, this should be included in the firmware update. In my setup I have an area that I track with a 270 degree field of view. If the camera is pointing in the opposite direction of the sound source, it will not pan or tilt when looking for the appropriate movement. When sound is detected, the camera should rotate 360 degrees looking for movement, and when it is detected, stop panning and focus on the subject. Yufi, please include this in the firmware update. The Eufy support is amazing. I emailed customer support and received a response very quickly, and I have had the pleasure of working with knowledgeable people to resolve my issues or answer my questions. All in all, this is a full-featured camera at a great price. You can't complain about the value for money!
