Okay at first it arrived on time but after opening the box there was powder inside and the lid popped open on one side despite the protective seal. was still included. So I want the lid to stay closed and the product not to spill. No idea how much product was lost. It still seemed pretty full. There is therefore a star deduction for the non-shipping safe lid of the plastic tub. The second reason for not getting 5 stars is the brush. It didn't fit any of my long arms so I had to use the brush on my hands and knees. Not critical, but certainly an inconvenience. Especially since it would be easy for them to turn the screw handle. In addition, the sprayer is cheap and flimsy. Everything in the kit can be fixed with a stronger tank and atomizer. But I have to say that the product worked very well. I still have some pre-treatment spray left, but no more powder. So I guess I'll just have to give it up. I had a few stains in high traffic areas in my downstairs carpeted living room. One of the worst places is in front of the door that leads to the garage. Entering and exiting the garage when it gets windy, more dirt and dust seems to make it really dirty. So this product really got rid of those really bad stains. I vacuum and shampoo regularly at least once a year, sometimes twice. So I was surprised that it removed stains that my carpet shampoo didn't remove. There is another high traffic area around the table but I think I need more product to cover it completely. So most of these areas are clean but I think I'll need a second can of product to clean it all. So yes, I want to order more, but with a brushless grip, a weak sprayer, and an open tub lid, I'm not sure I will. I also have a newer vacuum that's about a year and a half old and it's clogged with something horrible. I had to completely empty the vacuum three times before collecting all the powder. But yes the product works and for the price it is a good deal. I would just like to buy it from a local store somewhere.
