I've had one for a little over a year. Overall I would not recommend them. I use them in a single family home. 1-2 times a month they stop transferring data. You then have to try turning off the devices one at a time for 30-60 seconds and sometimes multiple times to get them working again. This is a problem in my setup as the plug is behind the TV and not easily accessible. The router is two stories above. Right before writing this review I had to unplug and plug it back in 3 times for it to work (and 15 minutes total). I'll just plug in an ethernet cable as this product put me off on the stability of the powerline network in general.
