Didn't realize one of the arms/levers was bent (not a sharp bend, but not straight like it's supposed to be, either) until halfway through the swap. Already had the old one out and new gaskets/sealant on the new one before we noticed something wasn't quite right. We were able to bend it back well enough to get it in and working (it's just a mud/farm truck anyway, but still), BUT it added time to the project and caused a headache. Admittedly, had we given everything a serious once-over before we started, we would have caught it and then would have returned it for a different one, but oh well. Works fine now that it's in, so I didn't want to give it only one star, but didn't feel right giving much better than 2-3. Also, THIS one doesn't come with any gaskets. The picture doesn't show any, BUT several other models/versions in the drop down do show some gaskets included, so just make sure you're looking at the picture really well so you get what you're supposed to.
