works, heavily soiled during fuel delivery and lubrication

Lubricant got through the rubber coating into the factory "hermetic" connections. It leaked a little (from the punched hole) but so far has eliminated the creaking of the joints. Too bad they didn't make one that screws onto the end of the grease gun, although the zerk connection has to be perfectly straight and you have to pump the grease very slowly or you'll end up with more grease on you and at the end of the grease gun than a rubber compound. Glaze.
