This was the second needle I bought. Brand Forest didn't work at all. This is the best. Don't waste your time and money with less. That's more than others. But it works. Very satisfied. Grease the upper ball joints. Under. Wonderful.

I bought a used Chevy Bolt and it made a squeaky noise when accelerating and braking. This is a known issue with Bolt. I pulled the front tires off, pumped grease into the suspension anthers with this needle and a day later the squeak was gone. Better than an expensive dealer repair. This is a purchase!

Lubricant got through the rubber coating into the factory "hermetic" connections. It leaked a little (from the punched hole) but so far has eliminated the creaking of the joints. Too bad they didn't make one that screws onto the end of the grease gun, although the zerk connection has to be perfectly straight and you have to pump the grease very slowly or you'll end up with more grease on you and at the end of the grease gun than a rubber compound. It only costs about $4 so don't expect too much. Mine came in a protective case but was a bit warped. Not damaged but very cheaply made. But it worked. ***Update*** did NOT work. It worked once without filling anything with fat. When I actually tried to use it, it leaked. I've tried it on several grease guns with the same result. It's less than $5. I threw it away.

Excellent for lubricating the front driveshaft on my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins HO. The diameter of this needle suits my application well and fits the fitting perfectly. Extremely sharp, so be careful! Easily removed from the grease gun. This is a blessing and a curse. Downgraded from 5 stars to 4 stars on this basis because I found the needle came loose from the grease gun when trying to maneuver it into position.

These needles are only used for areas that are not normally lubricated or do not have an oiler. You can punch them through the rubber anywhere on the side or edge and pump in the lube. The lube doesn't penetrate quickly as it's a small needle so you'll have a few patients, but it works well and when you're done you can barely see where you put the needle. Be careful with them as they are very sharp, but this is what I needed to put fresh lube on my ATV's CV joints and this needle worked great…

I bought this injector needle to replace an injector needle from another manufacturer. My wife and I own two fairly new cars, a 2008 Mazda Tribute and a 2015 VW Golf, neither of which have factory lubrication.
