It only puts out 65 lumens so it's not bright at all even though it's LED. Very cheaply made. The fact that the round light rotates is irrelevant due to the low light output. It's a 3 position switch. To switch it on or off and set it to maximum brightness, you have to press it twice. For such a weak light, having 2 levels of brightness is not enough. This is one of those products that should be sold through marketing: flashy packaging with all these unnecessary features that then seems ridiculous when you open it up and see what a cheap piece of plastic junk it is. I would imagine this light would cost less than a dollar to make.
